Great news: our Tricare, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts have been successfully updated from urgent care to primary care. Starting now, we provide primary care and limited walk-in clinic services for acute needs in Bandera and San Antonio when your personal PCP can’t see you quickly. Our Rockport clinic remains appointment-only.
What’s New & Where
Now accepting new Tricare patients for primary or urgent concerns under our new contract.
Accepting Superior Health, Community First, Aetna Better Health, and traditional Medicaid under our primary care contract.
Bandera (M–Th 8–5) and San Antonio (M–F 8–5): primary care + limited walk-ins (appointments take priority).
Rockport (M–Th 8–5): appointments only.
All clinics closed 12–1 for lunch.
On-site labs through Clinical Pathology Labs (CPL) at all locations (learn more: Clinical Pathology Labs → https://www.cpllabs.com/).
Telemedicine for Flu-Like Symptoms
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or body aches, please use telemedicine (when covered by your plan). It protects others and speeds care. See CDC’s overview: https://www.cdc.gov/flu/symptoms/index.html.

Scheduling, Priority & Billing
Appointments are preferred and required for most visits; scheduled patients are seen first.
Walk-in availability is limited to Bandera and San Antonio; waits may occur without an appointment.
Copays still apply, and a credit card on file is required per our policy.
